The Just Breathe Course is our new signature programme for real-world wellbeing—an essential four-part journey designed to help you understand stress, regulate your nervous system, and develop practical tools to support your mental health through breathwork and meditation.

This course is for everyone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating the pressures of everyday life, looking to better understand your mind and body, or simply wanting to build healthier habits, you’ll learn accessible practices you can use anytime, anywhere.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve been developing something truly meaningful—an education in the essential skills we believe are needed now more than ever. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, the ability to pause, breathe, and reconnect has never been more valuable.

Through a combination of breathwork, meditation, and practical nervous system tools, the Just Breathe Course will give you the knowledge and practices to manage stress, create greater balance, and build a more resilient relationship with yourself.

Available both in-person and online, the Just Breathe Course launches in October 2026.
