In this free community talk, our Just Breathe mentor and senior teacher Pavlina explores the role of deep rest in modern life and introduces Yoga Nidra — a layered, living practice that offers profound restoration on many levels, while also inviting clarity and insight. Together we’ll reflect on our relationship with rest, experience a guided practice, and explore how Yoga Nidra can be both timeless and adaptable to the needs of today.
