Meet your teacher
Michael James Wong
Michael has been a meditation and mindfulness teacher since 2008, and has travelled around the world teaching and sharing the wisdom of these ancient practices. Born in New Zealand, but raised on the beaches of sunny Santa Monica, Michael now lives in London and has dedicated his life to ensuring that these quiet practices are easy, accessible and agnostic in the modern world.
Michael founded Just Breathe in 2016 as a way to bring people together to celebrate community, connection and quiet.
