Here at Just Breathe we teach a practice of quiet connection that uses breathwork, meditation and deep rest as essential practices to support your mind and mental health.

Our method is called NSRT, or Nervous System Response Techniques that utilises a variety of specific practices that calm the mind, reduce hyper stimulation, stress and cultivate deep inward attention. 

In this course you'll learn 30+ functional and systematic breathing techniques, 10 meditation practice styles and 8 essential practice sequences for calming, activating and balancing (and more).

Our ambition is to give you the tools on how to construct a breathwork and meditation practice that uses our NSRT method to regulate the nervous systems and creates a calm and quiet connection within. 

Our certified level 1 trainingwill empower you with the understanding and approach to guide others safely. The Just Breathe Teacher Training course is a comprehensive method to functional and systematic breathwork techniques and a multidisciplinary approach to meditation.

This training is hosted in three parts;

- 3 x 5hr live online zoom sessions (15hrs)
- 3 x 5hr pre-recorded on demand course material (15hrs)
- 20hr personal practice & case study work (20hrs)
- 5 x Day training immersion (50hrs)

There are different options for the 5 day training immersion; In person non-residential / in person residential retreat / fully online zoom

COURSE CURRICULUM

Course Facilitator
Michael James Wong


This course will be lead by Meditation Teacher and Just Breathe Founder, Michael James Wong. Michael is a leading voice in the global movement for modern mindfulness and has been teaching and facilitating trainings worldwide for the past 15 years.

He is an author, speaker, community leader and meditation teacher who is dedicated to expanding the conversation around the mind and mental health. Michael is internationally recognised for his work in the wellness community as both as an advocate and entrepreneur. He writes books about hope and is the voice behind the Just Breathe meditation app.
